Terms and Conditions

• Booking: means a booking request that has been accepted in accordance with these Terms.
• Booking Request: means a request made by a Customer through the Website, booking form, telephone, email, message or other approved channel for a Provider to perform Services.
• Cancellation Charge: means a charge payable where a Booking is cancelled, changed late, inaccessible, or unable to proceed due to Customer action or omission, as described in these Terms or the Booking Confirmation.
• Consumer: means an individual acquiring Services wholly or mainly for personal, domestic or household use.
• Customer, you or your: means the person requesting, booking or receiving the Services.
• Customer Equipment: means equipment, products, appliances, utilities, materials or facilities supplied by the Customer for use during the Services.
• Direct Payment: means payment made by the Customer directly to the Provider, whether by cash, bank transfer, card or another method agreed with the Provider and confirmed by Hush & Home or the Provider.
• Event Outside the Provider's Control: means any act, event, omission, circumstance or condition outside the Provider's reasonable control that prevents, delays or makes unsafe the performance of the Services.
• First Confirmation: means the written communication sent after a Booking Request setting out the requested Services, estimated price, expected duration, appointment details and any special conditions.
• Hush & Home, we, us or our: means Hush & Home Cleaning, acting as introductory agent and booking coordinator unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Materials: means any goods, products, parts, consumables or items required for the Services, whether supplied by the Provider or by the Customer.
• Provider: means the independent cleaner, contractor, business or service provider allocated or introduced to perform the Services.
• Provider Equipment: means equipment, products or materials the Provider agrees to bring or supply for the Services.
• Second Confirmation: means the written communication that confirms the Booking and, where applicable, identifies or confirms the Provider allocated to perform the Services.
• Services: means the cleaning or related services requested by the Customer and accepted by the Provider, as described in the First Confirmation, Second Confirmation, quote, booking details or written service description.
• Service Area: means the suburbs, locations or regions in which Hush & Home may coordinate introductions to Providers.
• Site Visit: means a visit by a Provider to assess a Property, scope, access or service requirements before or in connection with Services.
• Terms: means these Terms and Conditions.
• Website: means the Hush & Home website and any booking portal, form, app or online system used by Hush & Home.
• Working Day: means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Western Australia.

3.1 When you make a Booking Request, Hush & Home may provide an estimate based on the information you provide. An estimate is not binding unless and until the Booking is accepted in accordance with these Terms.

3.2 By submitting a Booking Request, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to read these Terms and that the Services will be performed by a Provider, not by Hush & Home.

3.3 If you choose to proceed after receiving an estimate, your request constitutes an offer to enter into a contract with the Provider for the Services described in the booking details.

3.4 Hush & Home may send a First Confirmation setting out the requested Services, estimated price, estimated time, appointment details, location and any relevant notes or conditions.

3.5 The Booking becomes binding when Hush & Home sends a Second Confirmation or otherwise confirms that a Provider has accepted or been allocated to perform the Services. At that point, the contract for the Services is formed between you and the Provider.

3.6 For business or non-consumer customers, Hush & Home may accept the Booking Request on the Provider's behalf by sending written confirmation of the Booking. The contract remains between the Customer and the Provider.

3.7 Hush & Home may decline, withdraw or amend an estimate before a Booking is accepted. If an estimate is not accepted within 28 days, Hush & Home may treat it as expired.

3.8 Hush & Home takes no responsibility for the direct provision of the Services by the Provider, except to the extent that such responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.

4.1 You may request a change to the Services, appointment time, address, extras, duration, access details or other booking information by contacting Hush & Home as soon as possible.

4.2 A change is not accepted until confirmed in writing by Hush & Home or the Provider.

4.3 If a change increases the scope, duration, complexity, risk or cost of the Services, the Provider may require an amended price or additional payment before proceeding.

4.4 If you reduce the time, scope or price of the Services with less than 24 hours' notice, the Provider may charge the original confirmed price, a Cancellation Charge, or any reasonable costs incurred, depending on the circumstances.

4.5 If you change the appointment date or time with less than 24 hours' notice, the change may be treated as a cancellation and the Cancellation Charge may apply.

4.6 If applicable law gives you a right to cancel, change or receive a remedy that is more favourable than this clause, that right will apply.

5.1 The Provider will perform the Services using reasonable care and skill and in accordance with commonly accepted cleaning practices for the type of service booked.

5.2 The Provider will make reasonable efforts to perform the Services at the agreed time. However, appointment times may be affected by traffic, prior bookings, access issues, weather, safety concerns, illness, public transport delays or Events Outside the Provider's Control.

5.3 The Provider may provide Provider Equipment if agreed in the Booking. If Provider Equipment is not included, you must provide safe and suitable Customer Equipment.

5.4 The Provider may provide Materials if agreed in the Booking. If special, non-standard, allergy-sensitive, eco-preferred or surface-specific products are required, you must disclose this before the Booking is accepted.

5.5 The Provider may subcontract, delegate or arrange assistance to perform some or all of the Services, provided the Provider remains responsible to you for the performance of the Services.

5.6 For recurring Services, the Provider does not guarantee that the same individual cleaner will attend each Booking unless expressly confirmed in writing.

5.7 The Provider may refuse, suspend, limit or modify Services if the Provider reasonably considers the Property, task, product, equipment, access or conditions unsafe, unsuitable or outside the agreed scope.

6.1 If a Booking is based on time, the booked time is labour time. For example, four labour hours may be performed by one Provider for four hours or two Providers for two hours each.

6.2 Hourly Bookings do not guarantee that the whole Property or every requested task will be completed if the booked time is insufficient for the Property size, condition, layout or requested scope.

6.3 Where time is limited, the Provider may work through tasks in the order reasonably determined by the Provider, unless you provide clear written priorities before the Services begin.

6.4 Recommended hours are estimates only. Actual time may vary depending on clutter, soil level, number of occupants, pets, property access, surface condition, maintenance, and the level of detail required.

6.5 If additional time is required, the Provider may offer additional time subject to availability and your approval of any extra charge. The Provider is not obliged to extend the Booking if unavailable.

7.1 The Services include only the tasks expressly selected, confirmed or reasonably included in the service description for the type of clean booked.

7.2 Unless expressly confirmed in writing, the Services do not include: specialist cleaning, hazardous cleaning, mould remediation, pest treatment, biohazard cleaning, hoarding clean-up, exterior window cleaning, pressure washing, carpet steam cleaning, upholstery cleaning, grout restoration, high-level cleaning requiring unsafe ladders, heavy lifting, rubbish removal, gardening, repairs, maintenance, painting, appliance repairs, or cleaning of areas affected by blood, bodily fluids, animal waste, needles, infestation or dangerous substances.

7.3 Inside windows means accessible interior glass only, unless otherwise confirmed. It does not include exterior glass, tracks, fly screens, high windows, balcony glass or unsafe access areas unless specifically accepted by the Provider.

7.4 Inside cabinets, drawers, cupboards, wardrobes or pantries must be emptied by the Customer before the Provider arrives unless emptying them is expressly included in the Booking.

7.5 Wall spot cleaning means light spot treatment of limited marks only. It is not full wall washing, paint restoration or stain removal. Results may vary depending on paint type, age, finish and the nature of the mark.

7.6 Oven, fridge, microwave or appliance cleaning includes cleaning accessible surfaces only. It does not include repairs, dismantling, electrical work, internal components, severe burnt-on residue beyond normal domestic cleaning, or cleaning that the Provider considers unsafe.

7.7 Vacate, move-in or move-out cleaning does not guarantee bond return, real estate agent approval or third-party inspection approval unless a specific written bond-back guarantee is issued by the Provider.

7.8 The Provider is not responsible for pre-existing stains, ingrained dirt, burns, discolouration, corrosion, scratches, mould, mineral build-up, limescale, rust, damaged grout, worn surfaces or marks that cannot be removed using standard domestic cleaning methods.

8.1 You must provide accurate and complete information reasonably required to enable the Provider to perform the Services, including Property size, layout, address, access details, parking, pets, hazards, special surfaces, priorities and requested tasks.

8.2 You must provide safe, reasonable and timely access to the Property at the agreed appointment time.

8.3 If keys are provided, they must open and lock all required doors without special effort, skill or risk. If the Property has an alarm, you must provide complete instructions to deactivate and reset it.

8.4 You must notify Hush & Home and/or the Provider if you provide keys, access codes, lockbox details, fobs, remotes or other access devices to the Provider.

8.5 If you require keys or access devices to be returned after Services end or are cancelled, you must give clear written instructions. You may be required to collect them or pay reasonable return or administration costs.

8.6 You must provide running water, electricity from safe standard outlets, adequate lighting, safe access and reasonable use of toilet and washing facilities where reasonably required.

8.7 You are responsible for obtaining any landlord, strata, building, parking, security or other consent required for the Services.

8.8 You must prepare the Property for the Services, including removing clutter where necessary, securing valuables, cash, jewellery, medication, personal documents, fragile items, sentimental items and confidential information.

8.9 You must identify items requiring specialist care, non-standard products, delicate handling or manufacturer-specific instructions before the Services begin.

8.10 You are responsible for parking, visitor permits, access instructions and any parking, toll, congestion, building, strata, security or access charges unless otherwise agreed.

8.11 You must notify Hush & Home before the Services if animals will be present. Animals must be safely secured. The Provider does not accept responsibility for the care, supervision, escape, injury or behaviour of animals.

8.12 You must ensure that no unaccompanied children are present at the Property while the Provider is performing the Services. The Provider does not accept responsibility for childcare or supervision.

8.13 If you fail to comply with your obligations and the Provider is prevented from performing the Services, delayed, required to do additional work, or exposed to unsafe conditions, the Provider may charge additional amounts, suspend the Services, cancel the Services or charge a Cancellation Charge.

9.1 A Site Visit may be required for certain Bookings or where the information provided is insufficient, the Property is large, the requested scope is unusual, or the Provider needs to assess safety, access, timing or pricing.

9.2 If a Site Visit is required, Hush & Home or the Provider will arrange a mutually suitable time and may charge a reasonable Site Visit fee.

9.3 A Site Visit is a separate service. If the Provider attends a Site Visit but cannot access the Property due to Customer action or omission, the Provider may retain or charge a reasonable amount for travel, time and expenses.

9.4 A quote or estimate following a Site Visit remains subject to written acceptance and confirmation.

10.1 The Provider may need to use or purchase Materials to perform the Services. If additional Materials are required, the Provider will seek your approval before incurring additional charges where reasonably possible.

10.2 If Materials are unavailable, delayed or unsuitable, the Provider may reschedule, substitute appropriate materials, amend the scope, or suspend the affected part of the Services.

10.3 If you supply Materials or Customer Equipment, the Provider is not responsible for their suitability, safety, quality, condition, effectiveness, expiry, labelling or fitness for purpose, except to the extent caused by the Provider's negligence or as required by law.

10.4 If you request use of specific products, you must provide clear written instructions. The Provider is not responsible for results or damage caused by unsuitable or incorrect Customer-supplied products or instructions.

10.5 If Materials are purchased and paid for by you, ownership of unused Materials will pass in accordance with the payment and supply arrangements confirmed for the Booking.

11.1 The price for the Services will be the price confirmed in writing, subject to obvious error, change in scope, additional work, additional Materials, late changes, access issues or other matters described in these Terms.

11.2 Prices may be calculated by time, service type, Property size, extras, Materials, call-out or another basis confirmed in the Booking.

11.3 Hush & Home does not control all Provider costs and Provider rates may change from time to time. If a Provider's price changes before a Booking is accepted, Hush & Home will notify you and you may decline the revised price.

11.4 Unless otherwise stated in the Booking Confirmation, payment for the Services is made directly to the Provider. The Provider is responsible for issuing receipts, invoices and meeting their own taxation, GST and reporting obligations.

11.5 If Hush & Home receives payment, deposit, pre-authorisation or a booking fee, it may do so as agent, booking coordinator or payment facilitator, as specified in the Booking Confirmation.

11.6 If Direct Payment is permitted or required, the accepted method of Direct Payment will be as agreed with the Provider or stated in the Booking Confirmation. This may include cash, bank transfer or another method accepted by the Provider.

11.7 The Provider may charge additional amounts if the work required is materially different from what was described before the Booking was accepted, if the scope increases, or if additional time or Materials are required. The Provider will seek your approval before proceeding with additional paid work where reasonably possible.

11.8 If you do not pay amounts due to the Provider, the Provider may suspend, refuse or cancel Services and may recover reasonable costs, interest or fees to the extent permitted by law.

11.9 Hush & Home may receive a booking, coordination, platform, introduction, administration or service fee from the Provider. Such arrangement is between Hush & Home and the Provider and does not change the fact that the Services are performed by the Provider.

12.1 If you believe the Services were not provided in accordance with the Booking or these Terms, you must contact Hush & Home as soon as reasonably possible with details, photographs where relevant, and a clear description of the issue.

12.2 You must give Hush & Home and the Provider a reasonable opportunity to investigate the issue. If the issue was caused by the Provider and relates to tasks included in the Booking, the Provider may offer to correct, repair, re-clean, credit or otherwise address the issue as reasonably appropriate.

12.3 Where a complaint is made, Hush & Home or the Provider may require photographs, video, written details, access for inspection, details of third parties present, or other evidence reasonably necessary to assess the issue.

12.4 The Provider is not responsible for any issue, loss, damage or non-completion to the extent caused by:

• your failure to provide accurate information, access, keys, utilities, parking, instructions, safe conditions or adequate Customer Equipment;
• tasks, areas or extras not included in the Booking or not accepted in writing before the Services began;
• insufficient time booked for the size, condition or scope of the Property;
• third parties, occupants, tenants, builders, pets, children, visitors or other contractors present at the Property;
• pre-existing damage, wear and tear, poor installation, unstable fixtures, loose items, defective appliances, deteriorated surfaces or aged materials;
• specialist or non-standard surfaces or items not disclosed before the Booking;
• stains, burns, ingrained dirt, rust, mould, limescale, corrosion, discolouration or marks not removable using ordinary domestic cleaning methods;
• faulty, unsuitable, expired, incorrectly labelled or Customer-supplied products, Materials or equipment;
• Customer instructions that are incomplete, incorrect, unsafe, impractical or unsuitable;
• vacate, end-of-lease or post-building cleaning performed while tenants, occupants, builders or other third parties remain active at the Property;
• events or conditions outside the Provider's reasonable control.

12.5 Any satisfaction guarantee, if offered, applies only to tasks included in the Booking and does not apply where the booked time was insufficient, the Property required a different type of clean, the issue relates to excluded tasks, or the complaint cannot reasonably be verified.

12.6 Nothing in this clause limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

13.1 The Provider is responsible for their own conduct while at the Property and for any person the Provider uses or allows to perform the Services.

13.2 Any allegation of damage, loss, theft, dishonesty, misconduct, unauthorised access, lost keys, misuse of access information or similar matter must be reported to Hush & Home and/or the Provider as soon as reasonably possible.

13.3 You must provide sufficient details and evidence to allow the matter to be investigated. This may include photographs, video, item descriptions, purchase records, police reports, access logs, alarm records, witness details or other relevant information.

13.4 Hush & Home may assist with communication between you and the Provider, but the Provider is responsible for the Provider's conduct and the conduct of any person engaged by the Provider.

13.5 The Provider is not responsible for alleged loss or damage to the extent it is caused by pre-existing conditions, third parties, unsecured valuables, faulty items, ordinary wear and tear, lack of evidence, delayed reporting that prevents proper investigation, or circumstances outside the Provider's control.

13.6 You are responsible for securing valuables, cash, jewellery, medication, personal documents, confidential information, fragile items and sentimental items before the Services begin.

13.7 Where reasonably appropriate, Hush & Home may provide booking records, Provider details or other available information to assist with a lawful investigation, subject to privacy obligations and applicable law.

14.1 This clause applies where you are a Consumer.

14.2 If the Provider fails to comply with these Terms, the Provider is responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by the Provider's failure to comply, negligence, or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

14.3 The Provider is not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, not caused by the Provider, or excluded under these Terms to the extent permitted by law.

14.4 The Provider does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of non-excludable consumer guarantees, defective products, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Australian law.

14.5 Subject to clause 14.4 and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider's total financial liability is limited to the lower of AUD 5,000 and the amount paid or payable to the Provider for the relevant Services in the 12 months before the claim arose.

14.6 If any limitation in this clause is not enforceable, it will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15.1 This clause applies where you are not a Consumer.

15.2 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, liability under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

15.3 Subject to clause 15.2, the Provider is not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity, anticipated savings, data, indirect loss, consequential loss or special loss arising from or in connection with the Services.

15.4 Subject to clause 15.2, the Provider's total liability is limited to the lower of AUD 5,000 and the amount paid or payable to the Provider for the relevant Services in the 12 months before the claim arose.

15.5 To the maximum extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, conditions or terms are excluded for non-consumer customers, except those that cannot be excluded.

16.1 The Provider is not liable for failure or delay in performing Services caused by an Event Outside the Provider's Control.

16.2 Events Outside the Provider's Control include unsafe Property condition, severe weather, illness, accident, traffic disruption, strike, public transport failure, utility failure, access failure, customer non-compliance, unavailable Materials, delay caused by third parties, fire, flood, storm, epidemic, emergency, government action, building restrictions, security restrictions, or any other event outside the Provider's reasonable control.

16.3 If an Event Outside the Provider's Control occurs, Hush & Home or the Provider will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and the Provider's obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.

16.4 If the event continues or makes the Services impractical, unsafe or impossible, the Booking may be rescheduled or cancelled. Any refund or charge will depend on the work performed, costs incurred and the reason for the event.

17.1 You may cancel a Booking by contacting Hush & Home in writing or by any cancellation method specified in the Booking Confirmation.

17.2 If you cancel before the Provider begins the Services and at least 24 hours before the appointment time, no Cancellation Charge will apply unless a longer notice period or special condition was clearly stated in the Booking Confirmation.

17.3 If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the Provider may charge the Cancellation Charge and any reasonable costs already incurred.

17.4 For recurring Services, you may cancel future Services by giving at least seven days' written notice before the next scheduled appointment, unless otherwise agreed.

17.5 If the Provider has already begun performing the Services, you must pay for Services already performed and any Materials or costs reasonably incurred with your approval or in accordance with the Booking.

17.6 If you cancel because the Provider materially breaches these Terms and does not remedy the breach within a reasonable time after notice, you may have rights to a refund, re-performance or other remedy under these Terms or applicable law.

17.7 If any consumer cancellation or cooling-off right applies by law, that right applies despite anything in these Terms.

18.1 The Provider may cancel or reschedule the Services before they begin due to unavailability, illness, unsafe conditions, access problems, customer non-compliance, Event Outside the Provider's Control, unsuitable scope, non-payment, or another reasonable operational reason.

18.2 The Provider may cancel immediately if you fail to pay amounts due, materially breach these Terms, provide unsafe or inaccurate instructions, fail to provide access, or create conditions that make performance unsafe, unlawful or impractical.

18.3 For recurring Services, the Provider may cancel future Services by giving reasonable written notice.

18.4 If the Provider cancels due to your failure to meet your obligations, the Provider may charge a Cancellation Charge and reasonable costs incurred.

19.1 Hush & Home invests time and resources in identifying, communicating with, onboarding, screening, training, coordinating and introducing Providers to Customers.

19.2 You agree not to directly or indirectly engage, employ, book, contract with, offer work to, or privately arrange services with any Provider introduced to you by Hush & Home, or any employee, worker, representative or subcontractor of that Provider, for services the same as or similar to the Services.

19.3 This restriction applies during the period in which Services are provided and for six months after the last Service performed for you by that Provider or introduced person.

19.4 If you breach this clause, you agree to pay Hush & Home AUD 1,000 as liquidated damages. You acknowledge that this amount is intended as a genuine pre-estimate of Hush & Home's loss, including lost introduction fees, lost coordination fees, replacement costs, onboarding costs and administrative costs.

19.5 Hush & Home may demand payment of the amount due under this clause and may deduct it from any amount Hush & Home or the Provider lawfully holds in connection with the Services.

19.6 This clause survives termination, cancellation or expiry of any Booking or contract.

20.1 Hush & Home and the Provider may collect and use personal information provided by you for the purpose of managing Booking Requests, coordinating Services, communicating with you, supporting Providers, processing payments where applicable, investigating complaints and maintaining business records.

20.2 Personal information may include your name, phone number, email address, address, access instructions, booking history, service notes, pet information, photographs related to service issues, payment-related information and communications.

20.3 Hush & Home may share relevant information with the Provider as reasonably required to perform the Services.

20.4 Hush & Home will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which should be read together with these Terms.

20.5 Photos may be taken by Hush & Home or the Provider for quality control, investigation, proof of condition, dispute resolution or service records. Photos will not be used for marketing without consent.

21.1 Hush & Home aims to keep the Website, booking system and customer portal available and accurate, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

21.2 Prices, availability, Provider allocation, service descriptions and booking details shown online may be corrected where there is an obvious error or where further information shows that the Booking differs from the online selection.

21.3 A customer account or portal may allow you to view bookings, repeat bookings, update details, manage preferences or access records. The portal does not change the contractual relationship between you and the Provider for the Services.

21.4 You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for notifying Hush & Home if you believe your account has been accessed without authority.

21A.1 Hush & Home may offer loyalty points through the customer portal as a discretionary customer benefit. Points are not cash, cannot be transferred, and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money.

21A.2 Points are calculated from completed Services only. Pending, confirmed, cancelled, refunded, reversed or unpaid Bookings do not earn points unless Hush & Home confirms otherwise.

21A.3 Points are calculated in the portal from the customer's booking history. Hush & Home may correct points if a Booking total, status, cancellation, refund, duplicate record or system error is corrected.

21A.4 Points may be used toward eligible extra services before submitting a new Booking Request. A points redemption request is subject to availability, eligibility, sufficient points and confirmation of the related Booking.

21A.5 When points are used, the redemption is recorded in the customer's history as a negative points movement. If the related Booking is cancelled, changed, not accepted, refunded or unable to proceed, Hush & Home may reverse, amend or re-credit the points at its discretion.

21A.6 Hush & Home may change, pause or withdraw the loyalty program, points calculation, eligible extras or redemption conditions at any time, provided accrued points will be handled fairly where required by law.

22.1 Hush & Home may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational changes, changes to Provider arrangements, pricing structure, payment methods, legal requirements, service offerings or correction of errors.

22.2 The version of the Terms applicable to a Booking will generally be the version provided or available at the time the Booking is accepted, unless a change is required by law or you agree to a later version.

22.3 If a change materially disadvantages you for future recurring Services, Hush & Home will give reasonable notice where practical and you may cancel future Services in accordance with these Terms.

23.1 This contract is between you and the Provider. Hush & Home may enforce any term that gives Hush & Home a right, protection or benefit, including clauses relating to its agency role, payment arrangements, personal information, non-solicitation, website use and limitation of responsibility.

23.2 The Provider may transfer or assign rights and obligations where reasonable and where your rights are not materially affected. Hush & Home may assign or transfer its rights relating to its business, Website, brand, platform or booking coordination services.

23.3 If any provision is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it is to be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If modification is not possible, it is to be severed and the remaining provisions continue in effect.

23.4 A failure or delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right. A waiver must be in writing.

23.5 Any provision intended to continue after cancellation, termination or completion will continue, including payment, liability, privacy, non-solicitation, dispute, evidence, limitation and interpretation clauses.

23.6 References to writing include email and other written electronic communications.

23.7 Words such as including, for example or in particular are illustrative and do not limit the meaning of the surrounding words.

23.8 Singular words include the plural and plural words include the singular where the context permits.

24.1 These Terms and any contract between you and the Provider are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth laws of Australia applicable in Western Australia.

24.2 The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia and any courts competent to hear appeals from those courts, unless another jurisdiction is required by law.

25.1 For booking changes, support, complaints, cancellation notices or questions about these Terms, please contact Hush & Home using the contact details published on the Website or provided in your Booking Confirmation.

25.2 If Hush & Home contacts you on the Provider's behalf, it may do so by email, SMS, phone, portal message, post or another contact method you provided when making the Booking.

• You may use this form to cancel a Booking, but you do not have to use this form if you clearly communicate your cancellation in writing or by another method accepted by Hush & Home.

S2.1 Regular or recurring cleaning is maintenance cleaning only. It is not a substitute for deep cleaning, spring cleaning, vacate cleaning or restoration cleaning.

S2.2 Casual or one-off cleaning is based on selected time, selected tasks and Provider availability. Completion depends on the condition and size of the Property.

S2.3 Spring or deep cleaning may include more detailed work but still excludes specialist, hazardous, restoration, high-access, repair or external cleaning unless expressly accepted.

S2.4 Vacate, move-in or move-out cleaning may require additional time, extras and access to an empty Property. Results may be affected if the Property is occupied, furnished, under repair, under construction or accessed by third parties during or after the Services.

S2.5 Extra services such as oven cleaning, fridge cleaning, inside windows, inside cabinets, bed linen, laundry folding, balcony tidy, wall spot clean and microwave cleaning are only included if selected, quoted or confirmed.
