No. Your booking request is confirmed after we check availability, match you with a suitable cleaner and send confirmation by SMS, WhatsApp, email or another written message.
Unless another arrangement is confirmed, payment is made directly to your cleaner on the day of the service. We will confirm the payment arrangement before your booking is final.
